Return Policy
You can return the order within 14 days of delivery at the shipping cost of yourself. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Restocking fee or deduction from the refund may apply if the returned package is damaged. Shipping fee is not refundable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as mice feet, grip tape, etc.), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Sale items or gift cards unfortunately are not returnable as well.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive at your original payment method.


Order Cancellation
Once the order is fulfilled and handled to the carrier, we are unable to call the package back. So order can only be cancelled before fulfillment. Transaction fee of 4.5% collected by the payment provider will be deducted from the order value.
